Wrong CPU core detection, i7-2640M, dell XPS 15z

So I got a Dell XPS 15z, unfortunately the performance in Dolphin is lower than my old computer with E8400 CPU... Dolphin will only use 50% CPU, although it is dual core, and I am using dual core in options.

Now Dolphin says it has 8 cores O_o (4 real, 4 logical threads). How do I make Dolphin detect it's a dual core and use the dual cores correctly?
