Laptop Acer Aspire 4535 - Screen Black Problem

This is my sister's laptop, Acer 4535. The problem is, it can turn on and remain power up. But the LCD screen remain black. Already tried connect the VGA port to another monitor to ensure the LCD is defective, but still black. So, LCD screen is still ok.

Then I get this latest bios from Acer website:
BIOS_Acer_2.07_A_A.zip

An follow this instruction to reflash the BIOS.
Quote:
-Copy files in DOS folder(kblg207.bat, kblg207.wph, phlash16.exe) to the USB flash drive

-Ensure that the AC adapter is plugged in.

-Insert the USB flash drive into a USB port.

-Press and hold down the Fn and the Esc keys together and press the power button.

-When the laptop power light comes on, wait a few seconds and release the Fn and Esc keys.

-After the keys have been released the power light will start to blink. (In my case, it did not blink at all)

-During the BIOS update process the display will be blank.

-Let the unit run and after approximately 1 to 7 minutes, the unit should reboot and the BIOS will be updated. ( I left it for 30 minutes)

-If the unit fails to reboot, or the BIOS was not updated successfully, try the steps again. If the problem persists, contact Acer support.
Now it did boot into BIOS and run into windows as per normal. Then after 1-2 days, the same problem happen again. Any idea how to fix this? Is it possible that the BIOS chipset is defective? If so, anyway to fix or replace it? Thanks for suggestion.

EDIT: I wonder if the sequence of button is correct or not.
Hold down <Fn> + <Esc> or is it <windows> key + <B> ?
