try the 64bit version, if that CPU supports it, otherwise you can try overclocking, but that seems like a mobile CPU so that's probably out of the question ...

A dual-core at least 3Ghz is recommended for good framerate in Dolphin.

I'll give my experience with dolphin 3.0.

I bought a notebook (or laptop) from a Brazilian brand (known by the bad quality of its products) CCE, basically :
CPU: i7 2630QM
RAM: 4GB DDR3 (I would bet 1080MHZ)
Chipset: Intel® HM65
Internal Video: Intel® HD Graphic 3000

Man it's playable (even that I've already played almost all good games of Wii playing it in HD it's great) IT'S NOT ALWAYS 60FPS but it's playable. Windows 7 64 bits (and that DynaRec 64).

What kind of programs do you use to record gaming action? (preferable free and or open source)

Unhappy Sound Glitch

The entire backround music in Harvest Moon :A wonderful life is completly messed up. It Skips every second, and just mutes in and out. Anyone have a solution?
