wild pokemon modifier error/black screen

I'm playing pokemon black on desmume 9.7 and tried using the wild pokemon modifier to catch zorua. Every time i finish giving zorua a name the screen turns black but i can still hear the game music.

But i don't get the message, just a black screen. If anyone can figure this out please let me know, thanks.
