Can NO$GBA 2.6a & NO$Zoomer 2.3.0.2 improve image

I was playing Mini Ninja without the NO$Zoomer and when i asked another topic about why i can't play Phantasy Star Zero and he/she told that NO$Zoomer can fix the problem and now I'm wondering can NO$Zoomer improve the picture for Mini Ninja when I'm using NO$GBA 2.6a?

Hrm Well ...I won't improve the graphics but it certainly will make some graphics appear that weren't there before. Sometimes, No$GBA just can't do the work alone. ...apparently. No$Zoomer to the rescue. :o!
