Phoenix Wright- Ace attorney: T&T save error

Hello, everyone. It seems I am having a problem saving in this game after cases. I put the correct save type (As listed here: here
which comes to EEPROM 64KBytes, I believe on No$GBA)

I think I am doing everything correctly. I do not want to restart, considering I am far into the game as it is. So my question is Is there something I am not doing right? Or is the file corrupted or some sort of error?

When you set the correct save type, did you save the setting then reload the game?

The save will be create after you reload the game, load another game or close the emu. Do you see the save file inside the battery folder? If not, then you can't recover it.

A save will only be created if the correct savetype has been set and the game has been reset, and after a save is made the game is then either reloaded or the emulator is closed...without those steps a save will not be written to the harddrive but will appear to exist for that session which will however be gone when you next start the emu.
That same save will only load if either the correct savetype was already in place when the emu started or if the game has been reset after the correct savetype has been set again.

eLook on the bright side:
1. learn from your mistakes
2. go to gamefaqs and get a .sav file and redo your case
