Elite Beat Agents Problem

Okay, so everytime I try to play Elite Beat Agents on No$GBA, it won't save! I checked alot of websites for the game's save type, and they all say EEPROM 64Kb. The game works, but next time I open the emulator the tutorial starts again and I'm back at the first song! I also tried putting Auto on No$GBA 2.6a and still nothing. Do the websites have the wrong save type, or is there something wrong with the ROM itself?

You have to restart the game after setting a save type. Don't forget to save your settings too.

I did. I change the save type, save settings, then turn off the emulator and then back on. Still nothing

Make sure you ended the emu through file>exit. Clicking on X wont save.

Clicking on X does save, since I have been doing that for like god knows how long.

As for Gofure's save problem, setting the save type to auto works. Try changing the name of your game, without any special characters.

I have no idea wha version your using >_>. Last time I checked it only saved by use of file>exit. I'm reffering to the game itself mind you.
I went through 4 pheonix wright games by quick saving exiting with file save. Starting the game up continuing my quicksave-which deletes it. If I were to lose I'd simply X the game out and the quick save would still be there. Hence it don't save if you click the X button. Not to mention the author himself says it on his site >_>

I'm using 2.6a, and clicking on the X to close the emu works for me ever since 2.4c (when I started using this emu to play ds games). And I'm using the game's save as well.

You must be a special case then. Martin specifically said that NO$Gba only saves upon file>exit. Maybe it has to do with your operating system. 0_0
I'm on XP 64/32(dual boot)

I don't know if it really have anything to do with the system, since I tested the emu's saving on XP sp3 and XP sp2 (both are 32bit).

clicking on the X is the same as file>exit.....what he meant was it specifically only saves on a normal close...not a crash...and now whilst in operation...or for saves for a particular game not unless you reload the game after making a save.

Advanscene says 'Flash - 2 Mbit' = 256 Kb

Every other site says EEPROM 64 kb, like Gofur said.

Yeah, I forgot to check the save I used on 2.6 before... It really is FLASH instead of EEPROM...
