Spectrobes crash (another one)

hi guys! As you may see, i'm new here and i would like to start by saying hello to everyone.
As most of you know, spectrobes is a very problematic game to emulate, but i have seen in a post that it works 100% fine in IdeAS. I have IdeAS version 1.0.2.4, and my game crashes right in the start, when the commnder starts talking to Rallen and Jeena. My emulator's configurations and pluggins are the ones that i downloaded from the IdeAS website. if anyone knows how to solve the problem, or knows somewhere i can get better pluggins, please answer ASAP.
