Speeding up no$gba, no, not a lag problem

I tried VBA before for a GBA game I had and it had a button I could use to x2 the speed of any game. It was great because certain parts were annoyingly slow (not laggy slow, just the game itself.)

Now, I'm playing a DS game and there's absolutely no lag, and I can make it go too fast if I like through options (Unlimited MHz Disaster 10%) or play it normal (Realtime Auto.) I like to play the game without being rushed through, so I normally use Realtime Auto. But certain parts in game just are so repetitive and slow I have to go and change the speed options every time. Quite annoying, so my question is: is there anything I'm missing here? Like a program that'll allow me to change those options with a single button, or is there a x2 button I don't know about? Because I don't think I'm the only one here a little annoyed by this..
