Getting Charmander in Pokemon Diamond

Hey, I'm rather new with emulators.. I'm using no$gba 2.6 and playing pokemon diamond.

I was just wondering if its possible to get Charmander, Squritle and Bulb somehow imported into my game.. i know it can be done in the real version by trades.... but seeing how that really isn't a option on a emulator i was hoping you guys would have some cool tricks to pull it off..

yeah u can use the wild pokemon modifier codes or the steal pokemon codes.

u cant trade or transfr yet, its still a long way off.

awesome i was really hoping there was a better way then hacking into the game file itself
I'v been looking around for the codes though and haven't seen any that would allow what pokemon i get.. i'll keep looking but if anyone would be nice enough to post the codes i would really be greatfull.

EDIT: sorry I'v been finding codes that will give me a maxed out char/bulb with 999 stats but I'm trying to find one thats just regular and preferably under level 20
