Sad to hear that development has ended. To put it bluntly, Glide64 kicks ass. I've used it for a while in conjunction with various wrappers (I think the last one I used was zeckensack's wrapper) instead of the various OpenGL/DirectX plugins, and it worked very well. It's been a while since I emulated the N64 for a decent stretch of gaming, maybe I'll have to do it again with this release

This is ****ing pathetic.
I was not consulted once by Gonetz when this decision was made, at all.
This is sickening. Well, bound to happen, since emulation went down the toilet with PJ64 going payware, and people selling Mupen64 on the Android Store.
Main reason why I went back to my main line of work before emulation. Emulation is too full of BS and politics. -

Source is still there if anyone wants to do stuff with it.

That is not the problem at all. Source was out at the start.
The issue is, it would have been courteous at the least to be informed when something you invested a fair bit of time in, fell through, instead of it being a shock and no prior consultation at all. -

Well, PM Gonetz and tell him that you're pissed off. At least he had the balls to tell the public he was leaving the emulation scene, unlike that douchebag Martin Korth, who just left without so much as saying a word.

Whats done is done, but I would have appreciated some form of notice.
Yeh, at least he came out and said it, which is miles better than the yescash situation. -

Perhaps you were just hard to find? I would have a hard time keeping track of the most recent active account you're using mu... blammo.
Other than that, long time no see Psy and Blammo. Merry holidays to you two. XD -
